All On-Call volunteers are available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week, including all holidays. The Hotline Number is a 24 hour answering service available for after hours, to take messages. There are some volunteers that are available for after-hours care, depending on the type of animal.

During the spring and summer months our volunteers are very busy with animal care. If there is any way you can transport the animal to a WRT member, it would be very helpful and much appreciated. The on-call person can direct you to the closest WRT volunteer available based on your location.
